1. How Do I Make A Booking?
There are a few ways to make a booking either by phoning on one of our contact numbers, or by doing it online using our online booking form and we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking. 2.How Much Will It Cost ? Please refer to our Products page and Info page where all the prices are listed, prices do vary according to time of year and package you decide. 3.What Does The Cost Included? All our prices included the delivery within the local area(a small charge may be added for out of area deliveries), the set up which you will be provided with the blower,2 crash mats, extension cable and inflation and collection at the end. 4.How Early Do I Have To Book? You may make a booking at anytime from last minute to advance bookings, but to avoid any disappointment book early for summer bookings as this time can be busy. 5.When Are The Castles Available? All our castles and party equipment are available everyday of the week including bank holidays. 6.How Do We Pay? Generally most people prefer to pay by cash on the day, cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. 7.Can We Collect? Yes you may collect if you wish and you will receive a discount rate, but a deposit must be left and will be returned to you once the castle is returned. 8.How Long Can We Have The Castles For? You may have the castles for as long as you need them, we can set up in the morning or afternoon and collect when you have finished,if you need the castle over night this can be arranged but please contact us for a price. 9.What If Theres Bad Weather? Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons. We would be happy to arrange your hire for another day as long as we have castles available, but for indoor use this doesn't apply. 10.Is There A Maximum Age Limit? Yes there is. Please refer to each individual castle for the age limits as each castle varies. These details can be found under our Products section. 11.What areas do you cover? We cover the following area's, but please contact us for other areas; Wisborough Green, Pulborough, West Sussex, Horsham, Crawley, Rudgwick, Cranleigh, Loxwood and Southwater. |
